Jordan was very nice to work with. He showed up on time for the estimate and promptly responded to my later phone calls with queation. He described what could be done to fix my brick steps. He even came back later to pick up the deposit because I wanted to write a check instead of using electronic payment. Jose did the work on the date promised and Jordan was there to ensure I was satisfied. I will definitely use this company again.
Jordan can be counted on to be dependable as well as offering top notch job performance. Highly recommend his services!
I am very pleased with the work done by this company! I had a gentleman and a 16 year old kid work on fixing a porch in my backyard and they did an amazing job! Not only is it so nice to see the younger generation willing to learn and work but helping out an old guy like me deserves its own recognition. It’s unfortunate to see another review try to bash this company, especially knowing how great of an experience I have had. I recommend Felts to anyone! They won’t let you down.
It really is hard finding good contractors in Arkansas. Some don't answer, some aren't professional and some aren't able to communicate well. But Felts Solution was great every step of the way. From getting us our quote, explaining the process and keeping up updated throughout the entire process. Jordan is very professional and detailed, and Ryan is great at what he does. Ryan did a great job on our half wall, and made sure everything was taken care of. For any other stuff needed around our home, we will for sure give Felts Solutions a call again.
Absolutely the best! We couldn’t be happier. I’m thrilled to death with the service of felts solutions and Jordan. Awesome job and would highly recommend.
Jordan and Ryan are great . They do a fantastic job and I have several more things for them.. I would recommend them for any jobs.
Very professional!
Justin was very professional. He came back and addressed our concerns to a T! I will do all of my future services with him Definitely recommend!
We had a list of home repairs. Jordan came recommended & did not disappoint: good response time, listened to our needs & did repairs in a timely manner. He was very polite & works very well with seniors. We will use Felts Solutions again.
Felt’s Solutions is incredible! They are so easy to work with and they are extremely reliable! We will definitely be using them from here on out! It’s great to see a local construction company that cares about quality and treats people with respect. I would definitely recommend Felt’s Solutions to anyone looking for dependable, quality work!
Jordan did my full home remodel and did outstanding!!
Jordan and his team did a wonderful job on our enclosed garden project!! They executed our plan perfectly and went above and beyond on the finishing touches. We got to know his team and will be sad now that they are finished—Great people and such hard workers! We definitely recommend Felts Solutions!
Felts solutions was a reference from someone we knew and we have been so impressed with his company! Not only is he great at communicating and getting things scheduled but he gives me pricing up front and I've been impressed with his repairs. Its such a relief to know that when I have an issue going on at a commercial property that he can take care of it! I highly recommend felts solutions for all of your handyman needs!
Called for an estimate on replacing some siding, replace an outdoor utility room door and replace an aging worn out deck. First of all Jordan Felts showed up when he said he would, that can be uncommon these days. So, good start. The quote was reasonable so we went with Felts Solutions . The guys showed up in this absolutely horrid heat we are having and got it completed in a timely manner and with awesome work. Upon our final inspection, we found a couple of items that needed a bit of rework, Jordan himself showed up and completed these items. We are completely satisfied with them from start to finish and will definitely use them again should the need arise. This company has the type of customer service that used to be commonplace but is hard to find anymore. Thank y'all so much !
Extremely helpful and flexible
They did a great job on replacing some siding on our house and staining a fence. Arrived on time, worked all day and even did some touch ups for me! Will definitely call them again in the future.

We a very happy with the work that Felts Solutions did for us. Jordan and his crew did a great job on our shower and bathroom tile project. Got to us quickly and in a timely manner, did an excellent job and cleaned everything up. Thanks again!
My concrete looks great! They braved the hottest week of the year and ran me a concrete pad, sidewalk, and driveway extension. They handled the city permit and inspection process as well. Thanks!
So easy to work with!! Great at communicating updates and working within my busy schedule. Did an excellent job making sure our nursery is free from mold and water damage! I trust and wholeheartedly back these guys!
