It really is hard finding good contractors in Arkansas. Some don't answer, some aren't professional and some aren't able to communicate well. But Felts Solution was great every step of the way. From getting us our quote, explaining the process and keeping up updated throughout the entire process. Jordan is very professional and detailed, and Ryan is great at what he does. Ryan did a great job on our half wall, and made sure everything was taken care of. For any other stuff needed around our home, we will for sure give Felts Solutions a call again.

Called for an estimate on replacing some siding, replace an outdoor utility room door and replace an aging worn out deck. First of all Jordan Felts showed up when he said he would, that can be uncommon these days. So, good start. The quote was reasonable so we went with Felts Solutions . The guys showed up in this absolutely horrid heat we are having and got it completed in a timely manner and with awesome work. Upon our final inspection, we found a couple of items that needed a bit of rework, Jordan himself showed up and completed these items. We are completely satisfied with them from start to finish and will definitely use them again should the need arise. This company has the type of customer service that used to be commonplace but is hard to find anymore. Thank y'all so much !
